BACK. France to win the six nations outright. 2 points win.  After an impressive win over an inform Scottish side, France are definatley the team to beat.  5/4 best odds with Hills, Corals, Bet 365 and Ladbrokes. Update 15/02/2010, after destroying Ireland on Saturday France are now 1/3 favs to win outright!

Back. Kauto Star to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup.  After the shocking defeat of 1/8 Denman in the A-On chase yeaterday.  The mount of AP on the super star remains questionable.  It was clear to see the stropy Denman was not comfitable with the aggresive action of the champion Jockey.  We also believe, if AP remained in the saddle, Denman would have been pushed hard to the line by the eventual winner Tricky trickster. 5 point win.  5/6 with Hills and 4/5 with Ppower and Betfred.  MAP 8/11 

Back. Dungib in the Supreme Novices Hurdle.  Dungib has yet to find an opponent to get him off the bridle.  The opposition in this years race are not to be taken lightly.  However this next super star of the nation hunt season is head and shoulders above in form and should come home in front with relative ease.  3 point win.  5/6 with Corals and 4/5 Hills, 365 and Lads.  MAP 8/11

Back. Wasps -7pts.  Wasps take on the depleated Sale today, in a contest which usually would be a tightly run affair.  However with the return of Cippriani and Sacky, plus the home advantage Wasps are value @ 10-11.  2 point win.

Arguably the most improved & best performer on the ATP tour this season, Davydenko can go far in this summers Wimbledon. Ridiculous price for a man that never gives up - ask Federer &  Nadal this year whom he has a record of Won 3 & Lost 1 against these two giants of the game. Won the ATP World Tour Final already in London back in November so London will bring find memories to Davydenko. We should look to LAY off on Betfair/BetDaq if he meets Federer in the Semi's or Final to lock in profit.

Big Serving Swede who can put put in a strong performance this Wimbledon. Current World Ranking of 8 which shoud rise coming around to this years Wimbledon. Grass should really suite Soderlings game - big serve & volley. The more traditional past winners pre-Federer Wimbledon wins all point to the serve and volley game i.e. McEnore, Becker, Edberg, Stich, Sampras, Kjajucek and Ivanisevic have 19 wins between 1981-2001. Then came alog the great man Rodger Federer to dominate proceedings. Soderlng beat Federer in his last meeting and represents great value here @80/1.

BACK England in Six Nations to beat Scotland on the Asian Handicap of -4 with Paddy Power @10/11

Paddy Power have put their neck out with this handicap. Ok England are playing away and have been awful the last couple of matches. But they are playing certain wooden spoon winners Scotland and England are most certainly due a performance. A win for England and it all goes down to the last match V France for the RBS Six Nations title. Surely that will motivate the England team. England at -4 sounds like a cracking bet to me when most other bookies have priced up the handicap between -6 to -7 for England. Johnny Wilkinson has a great record against the Scots and can keep the score ticking over nicely for the English for his trusty left boot.
